The following Travel Conditions apply to all Passenger Customers who purchase the BLU LINES srl service

1. - SUPPLIER
1.1 the transport service is provided by BLU LINES srl based in Via Eraclea, 10 - 91100 Trapani. VAT number 01992390813

1.2 The terms “Mini-cruise”, “Excursion” and “Tour” always and only mean a mere multi-leg maritime transport of the passenger among the chosen destinations. The purchase of the ticket entitles the passenger to sea transport only for the route purchased, no extra services are provided during the journey and / or stops ashore.

2. - ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1 The General Terms and Conditions of supply, indicated in this document, may be updated or modified at any time by the Supplier, who will promptly notify via the website www.blulines.it.
2.2 These Conditions governing the provision of the BLU LINES srl service must be examined online by the Passenger Customer who confirms their complete acknowledgment and acceptance.
The General Terms and Conditions of supply are also displayed in the BLU LINES direct ticket offices and on the motorboats owned by them.
The BLU LINES Customer Service is available for any clarifications.
2.3 These General Supply Conditions are written in Italian.

3. - THE SERVICE
3.1 BLU LINES provides a passenger transport service to and from the Egadi Islands.
3.2 It is a seasonal service, carried out in the period April - October, every day including holidays following the seasonal program available on the website www.blulines.it
3.3 Failure to do so for reasons of force majeure or technical operational needs of BLU LINES gives the right to a refund.
3.4 The services "offered on board" are subject to charges.
3.5 the service is provided using the BLU LINES fleet made up of new vessels equipped with advanced technology. Each vessel is subject to practice reviews and all vessels have the RiNA and Bureau Veritas certificate

4. - RESERVATIONS AND TICKET PURCHASE
4.1 Tickets can be purchased through the website www.blulines.it, at the BLU LINES front office ticket offices, at the accommodation facilities, travel agencies and tour operators with agreements.
4.2 The online purchase is contextual to the booking.
4.3 At the time of booking, the Customer declares to be of age and ensures that all the data provided correspond to reality, are correct and complete.
4.4 The ticket is nominative; it cannot be transferred without the prior consent of BLU LINES. The ticket is valid only for the transport specified therein. Passengers are required to keep the ticket to justify their right to travel and to show it to any ship's officer or company officer who requests it.
4.5 The purchase of the ticket is proof of acceptance by the passenger of the General Terms and Conditions of supply described here.
4.6 Once the online purchase has been made, the Customer will receive by email the documents confirming the reservation and the purchase of the service useful for carrying out the transport.
In the event of a purchase from an agreed agency or accommodation facility, all the documentation useful for the trip will be delivered to the Passenger by the person making the sale.
4.7 The services can be purchased online, up to 24 hours before departure.
4.8 Subject to availability of seats, booking requests made even after the deadline indicated in point 4.7 may be accepted. In these cases, the Passenger must contact the Customer Assistance Service at

5. - TICKET COST
5.1 The fees charged include the charges relating to the service rendered. The cost of the ticket includes the transfer by sea, the insurance coverage (civil liability) with adequate ceilings, the on-board services expressly indicated in the description of each individual route.
5.2 Not included are any regional or local taxes in force at the time the service is provided.
5.3 The tariffs in force are differentiated with reference to the single route.
5.4 The fare applied is intended for single segment or multiple segments and for single Passenger.
a) children under 4 do not pay; only possible taxes will be charged (see art. 5.2). The presence of infants must be reported at the time of booking.
b) for children between the ages of 4 and 10, a discounted rate will be charged, plus any taxes (see art.5.2).

6. - CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, CANCELLATIONS
6.1 The travel document is nominative and cannot be transferred to a third person; it is therefore not possible to change the holder except by canceling and re-issuing the title itself.
6.2 The date of the service purchased cannot be changed
6.3 Tickets purchased online and at the ticket office are non-refundable, with the exception of the cases referred to in art. 6.4;
6.3.1 Any requests for changes and / or reimbursements, concerning travel tickets purchased through authorized intermediaries, must necessarily be addressed and managed by the intermediaries themselves;
6.4 The Supplier reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time before the start pursuant to Law no. 1084 of 12/27/1977, with no obligation other than to return the sums paid by the Customer. The Company reserves the right to make changes in timetables and / or itineraries and / or ship changes, without prior notice as a result of adverse weather conditions, meaning traffic in ports and / or the needs of the carrier.

7 - TICKET AND VOUCHER
7.1 Once the online purchase has been completed, the Passenger will receive all useful documentation and will take care to print a copy to show to BLU LINES staff.
7.2 The document called voucher does not give the right to boarding; it must be replaced (with travel document) at the indicated ticket offices.
7.3 In the event of a purchase at the BLU LINES ticket offices, Travel Agencies, Accommodation Facilities and affiliated Tour Operators, the Passenger will receive a copy of the documentation certifying the purchase.
The same conditions set out in points 7.1 and 7.2 apply
7.4 BLU LINES will be liable only for those bookings made at its ticket offices. In any case, it will be the Passenger's care and commitment to check the accuracy of the data when issuing the document.
7.6 Any disputes arising from incorrect registration must be submitted directly to the providers (Accommodation Facilities, Travel Agencies, Tour Operators).

8 - CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT
8.1 The service is organized by BLU LINES. Passengers must follow the instructions provided.
The Passenger will find the coordinates of the journey purchased on the documents received at the time of purchase.
8.2 Upon receipt of the logistical information, on the day of the journey, the Passenger is obliged:
a) to show up for boarding thirty minutes before the indicated departure time.
Only in the case of travel with an intermediate stopover, the Passenger must show up for boarding fifteen minutes before the time communicated on board, by the Captain through the crew or the intercom network.
b) failure to show up for boarding within the time indicated in the previous point does not entitle you to any refund.
c) all timetables will be confirmed on board by the Captain via the intercom network. In case of doubt, the Passenger must contact a crew member before leaving the ship.
d) BLU LINES reserves the right to make changes to programs and / or schedules in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, force majeure, technical-operational needs.

9. - SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
9.1 For any type of assistance and to find out about the procedures for transporting disabled people in a wheelchair or with other walking difficulties, before proceeding with the booking, it is necessary to contact the BLU LINES Customer Service.
The prior communication of any needs, related to the mobility of the Passenger, will allow for the provision of a better service.

10. - BAGGAGE
10.1 It is absolutely forbidden to carry dangerous goods of any type and kind on board, offenders will be reported to the competent authorities.
10.2 The Passenger has the right to carry only one hand baggage, with a total weight not exceeding 10 Kg.
10.3 Until disembarkation, passengers are responsible for their baggage and its contents

11. -TRANSPORT OF PETS
11.1 The transport of pets is not allowed.

12. - IMPORTANT WARNINGS
12.1 Any complaints must be received in writing, by email to info@blulines.it within 3 days of the service being performed.
12.2 For anything not expressly described, reference is made exclusively to the Italian National Law and the Navigation Code.
12.3 For any dispute that may arise between the Passenger and BLU LINES, the Court of Trapani will be exclusively competent.

13. - USE OF THE SITE - COPYRIGHT - SOFTWARE
13.1 All the contents of this website wwwblulines.it., Including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software are the property of BLU LINES srl and are protected by the laws on copyright.

14. - USE OF THE LOGO
14.1 BLULINES is a registered trademark.
The company, in writing and for a limited period, may grant the use of the brand, for the sole purpose of promoting the service.
Anyone authorized to use the trademark must comply with all the information expressly provided by BLU LINES. In the event of improper use of the trademark, BLU LINES reserves the right to take legal action to obtain full compensation for any material and moral damage.

15. - NOTICE PURSUANT TO D. Lgs. 196/2003 - PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
15.1 BLU LINES manages all data relating to its Customers in accordance with the provisions of the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, relating to the "Code regarding the protection of personal data", which implements Directives in Italy of the European Union in this matter.
15.2 The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
15.3 The interested party has the right to obtain information on: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the designated representative pursuant to article, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
15.4 The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
15.5 The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
